My Funny Valentine

Free Printable Whoopee Cushion Valentine -- hilarious! From #valentines #sillyvalentines #boyvalentines

As a Mom to a 6-year-old boy I’m already starting to see his enthusiasm for Valentine’s Day starting to wane. (Tear!) So last year when he came to me bubbling with excitement asking to pass out newly discovered WHOOPEE CUSHIONS to his classmates for valentines, I was tempted to let him. But, of course, I didn’t. I mean, that just doesn’t adhere to my well-mannered ideals. Leave it to Liam to remember whoopee cushions and beg to pass them out this year. Although I’m still deciding, I can’t help loving the concept we came up with…

Free Printable Whoopee Cushion Valentine -- hilarious! From #valentines #sillyvalentines #boyvalentines

Download our free My Funny Valentines template and print onto cardstock. Cut out each valentine and have your child sign his or her name. Attach mini whoopee cushions to your valentine. Place a cushion on the card as shown then using a screw punch make holes on either side of the mouthpiece being careful not to punch through the cushion itself. Loop string or twine through the holes and over the cushion. Secure with a knot.

Clearly this valentine is not just for little boys, but for anyone who’s a kid at heart!

I have a six year old boy obsessed with the idea if a whoopee cushion, too. This is just awesome! I ordered the cushions on the spot. Thanks for this fun idea!

Great Idea! All kids love a good Whoopee Cushion:)

  3. Selly says:

I love the idea of getting my son excited about valentines by using something other than candy. I clicked on the link to the whoopee cushions at Amazon and it did not specify in the description that they are mini. It says they are 8 in. In diameter. Is that the right size? I don’t want to order the wrong ones. Thanks!

  4. Okay…as a mom of 3 boys, I have to say you guys are BRILLIANT! I can’t LOVE these more! And my 6th grader can’t wait to hand these out! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing such brilliance.

  7. This is truly spectacular. So clever!

I do not have a crafty bone in my body, but I might (and I say might) be able to handle printing and attaching.

LOVE IT! (And my 12 & 16 year old kids will too!)

  8. Jessica Worley says:

The link you posted for the whoopee cushions lists them as unavailable and I am having a hard time finding them elsewhere. Anyone have any luck?

I say, let him! This is such a cute idea. I’m a teacher and I think this would be a great idea. So many sugary treats get passed out on this day, this would be a fun alternative. His teacher may get a headache from everyone playing with them, but it’s one day. I’m actually tempted to give this to my students. They will think it’s awesome.

I love this idea! My Party City had these for .59 each but I decided to buy the regular size ones for .99 because the mini whoopee didn’t seem to work very well.

Disney stage musicals = The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast,Alice in Wonderland Jr.
, Aladdin Jr., Mulan Jr., High School Musical. . Children’s stage shows that are also movies = Peter Pan (many different variations of this one!), Seussical The Musical maybe could work because there are animated movies of Dr. Seuss stories, but there isn’t
a movie version of the musical show.

better. Youve got an awful lot off text for only having 1 or two images.
