Long story short, Liam will be attending a different preschool than originally planned. No uniform. (That was a lot of wasted online shopping hours.) No familiar friends. No real notice to plan and prepare. School started three weeks ago for his class, so today Liam will be The New Kid.
To curb his apprehension, I suggested we pick up a “prize” to bring his new friends tomorrow. I spent a few minutes to repackage the number bands he chose, and now he feels ready. Good luck today, Liam!
Good luck today Liam! I am sure his new class will welcome him with open arms. A “prize” in hand will make his acceptance easier too :)
Where did you get the number bands? Those are a lot cooler to me than Looney Toons and others I’ve seen.
We got the number rubberbands from Walmart. The bands came in a pack of 24 for $2. A total steal, I think. I bought a couple packs to split between his classmates. His new friends were so excited for such a simple gift!
Wow. I know I keep starting off these comments that way, but… Wow! I’m so impressed Aimee. How in the world do you think these things up? And where oh where do you get the time to make them? I’m even more amazed by you!
