I’m sorry to admit that I have yet to perfect the chocolate chip cookie; yet this seems like such a Supermom thing to do! More than just a recipe, she actually explains the impact of different key ingredients, mixing and baking processes, which means any cookie recipe can become a jumping off point that you can tweak until you achieve your idea of perfection.
