Who knew a hands-free kitchen faucet would make my life SO MUCH EASIER? I know it sounds too simple to be true; yet since Moen sent me this MotionSense Kitchen Faucet to try, life in the kitchen has been so much better for me AND my boys! This is not a commercial Moms, this is real-life truth from me, a Sometimes Supermom.
Check this out: Harrison can now wash his hands at the kitchen sink without my assistance. He’s been able to reach the stream of flowing water for some time, but he’s at least a year or two away from reaching the faucet handle to turn the water on and off by himself. With our new Moen MotionSense faucet, the Ready Sensor magically turns the water on AND off for Harrison to wash his hands.
That’s right, SuperMoms, independent hand washing and no wasted water? POW!! That’s a lot of Supermom Moments over time!
While I’m not a total germaphobe, I do insist on a sanitary kitchen. The proper clean up after cracking eggs or working with raw meat can get tricky. Enter my favorite kitchen faucet, and clean up is a snap! With the Wave Sensor on the top of the faucet, the water turns on long enough for me to rinse my hands and keeps running for me to rinse a few contaminated dishes — eliminating the need to touch (and clean) the faucet.
As Supermoms we’re always working on perfecting one-handed chores, right? Baby on your left hip leaves just the right hand available for numerous household tricks. With this faucet, filling a cup or rinsing a dish becomes a simple one-handed task.
Oh, and I didn’t even have to wipe the faucet before we took pictures — the special Spot Resist Stainless finish stays THAT CLEAN with the fabulous Spot Resist Stainless finish. #truestory Too bad Moen isn’t in the laundry business. I could really use a hands-free laundry folder…0
