Leafy Patterns

Leafy Patterns

My kindergartner must be learning about patterns in math at school because suddenly she has been pointing out things that are “AB patterns.” I had to laugh the first time she said it; seems like forever — perhaps since I was in grade school myself — since I have heard pattern terminology. I had kind of forgotten all about it, but at our house now we are on a sort of pattern kick. I just created this fun worksheet using fall leaves as inspiration for coloring patterns and wanted to share it with all of you. Happy Fall!
