Hello! It’s the girls from Small Fry here to contribute to the Books Alive series. One of our favorite new books since starting Small Fry is The Book With No Pictures by B.J. Novak. It’s so clever, and we love that it ignites imagination in our kids. But, we always wondered what the book would look like if it were illustrated?
For this fun DIY you’ll need projector transparencies, dry erase markers and of course, The Book With No Pictures.
If you’ve never read this book, it is for sure worth a purchase or at least a library check-out! We don’t want to blow the surprise, but there’s no pictures. ;) After your read the book together, it would be fun to let your little go ahead and add pictures that fit what you imagine for each page.
The best part of the dry erase markers is that you can ERASE and start over — redo each page as much as you like!
Small Fry is a children’s lifestyle blog written by three best friends who grew up together in Utah! With 7 boys and 1 girl between them, they love sharing their easy ideas for creating adventure and wonder for their kids. Jenna flew the coop to California, but Emily and Nicole remain in Pleasant Grove, Utah, just a few minutes away from each other. Catch them on social media @smallfryblog!
